There is no Canadian province to the west of the Yukon Territory. The landmass that is there is the state of Alaska and belongs to the USA.

The Yukon River flows from Yukon Territory in Canada, through the American state of Alaska to the Bering Strait.

Yukon is a territory in Northern Canada, to the east of Alaska. Much of Yukon Territory is relatively unpopulated. There is also a Yukon City, in the State of Oklahoma, and a Fort Yukon in the State of Alaska.
Relative location is the location of a place based on its surroundings, or nearby landmarks. An example is; in the west of Canada, northwest of the United states, and let's say south east of Alaska. Anything else will do though, just as long as it makes sense.
