Notable Jedi who survived Order 66 include Obi-Wan Kenobi, Yoda, Ahsoka Tano, Kanan Jarrus, and Cal Kestis. These survivors went into hiding or were not present during the execution of Order 66.

It is estimated that around 200 Jedi survived Order 66, as they were able to escape or were off-world when the order was issued. These survivors went into hiding to avoid detection by the Empire.

Order 66 was the codename for the command that all the Clone Troopers should immediately turn on their Jedi commanders and kill them. Palpatine gave the order and told the Clone Commanders it was because the Jedi were exacting their plot to take control of the Republic, but it was actually Palpatine that was taking control.

Is Star Wars republic commando order 66 real?
Order 66 is a direct order to the clone troopers, given by Chancellor Palpatine, to have the Jedi eliminated for acting against the best interests of the Republic. When the order is given, the troopers are genetically programmed to act on it, regardless of their relationship to the Jedi.
After Star Wars Revenge of the Sith who are the remaining Jedi?
Obi-Wan Kenobi and Yoda are the only Jedi left after order 66. This is the true for the movies, but not the EU (extended universe). e.g. Shaak Ti in The Force Unleashed video game. Jax Pavan from the Coruscant Nights series, and there are actually plentiful abundance of Jedi that show up throughout the EU that did not get killed after order 66. But for those who are just after hardcore movie lore Yoda and Obi-Wan are a good bet. P.S. In Revenge of the Sith Obi-Wan changes the signal and wards all surviving Jedi away from Coruscant so there is alot of leeway given to the EU.
