if ur talking about ur body...MSG is VERY bad for your body if your talking about food...chefs and restaurants, even ur parents may be adding MSG in dishes to make the dish taste better
I believe they do, just had 4 chicken with cheese sandwiches and cheese sticks and got a headache within a hour, hasn't pounded like this since I had Chinese food with MSG, thankfully there are a few Chinese restaurants who advertise and don't use MSG, I believe White Castle is the next to come off my list of go to's
