Being a British expat in Canada, I can definitively confirm that North Americans do burgers better than Europeans. They just do. End of story.
1. A&W Mozza burger (really juicy home-style burger - drips grease, yum)
2. Wendy's Baconator (can't compete with that meat!)
3. McDonald's cheeseburger (addictive, really addictive)
