Well, it depends. Does the bedding have more brown then pink, or the opposite? If the bedding is mainly brown with say, pink flowers or stripes down the end, you could have light pink walls with white architreaves and white accessories eg. bedside tables and wardrobes and dressers.

∙ 13y agoIn a child's or young woman's room, go to a very soft pink in the same colour family as the sheets. Use lots of white in the trim, window treatments, furniture and accessories. Do not spend a fortune on this as most likely it won't last. As the child grows their taste will change and start to assert itself. You will be doing it over in the not too distant future.
For an older tween or teen, try sage green, soft blue or even butter yellow. In this case do the trim and furniture in white and the window treatments to match the linens. A comforter that combines the wall colour with the pink would tie the room together and be easier to keep looking fresh without constant laundering. Once again, don't brea the bank on this, the child will eventually leave for college or a new life and you may have to rethink the room.
In an adult room you have a couple of directions to go. An accent wall in deep burgundy (if the pink is in that same family) or a rich chocolate brown would be very dramatic. For the burgundy use pink for the other three walls, with the chocolate try a caramel tan. In both cases use white trim and natural wood furniture (the darker the better). Once again, look for a comforter with a rich pattern that combines the colours you have chosen. And as window treatments are often available in the matching fabric, your room will come together quickly and easily. As adult tastes tend to be more settled, go ahead and spend a little extra to get what you want. This is "Your room" you deserve it.
