Call cellphone providers to get information from them. In New Zealand we are not charged for receiving calls, only making them, and as we only have 2 cellphone providers, it is fairly easy to make a decision. Another thing to take into account is how mush SMS, WAP and GPRS rates will be charged at as these can be a hidden cost
