Jehovah's Witnesses, like many "Christians", (Greek little Christs) assume they are following the first century "Christians" practices of religion following Jesus' example. The early Christians were actually separating themselves from the Jews and from there pushed themselves away from the commanded practices set in the Torah (seventh day Sabbath, festivals and feasts etc.) They adopted a Greek/pagan calendar that rather then being set from an agricultural standpoint (based off of planting, harvesting, and moons), was based off of seasons equinox and Pagan sun worship.

In general, no, they do not observe the Sabbath as most Abrahamic religions do.

The Jehovah's Witness do not observe any day as the sabbath, they meet on different days of the week as is convenient... Usually Sunday, but not always, as they believe that the Old Testament was done away with which includes the Torah and the 10 Commandments. To be more accurate, Jehovah's Witnesses recognize the purpose behind the Sabbath Day. The children of Israel were to rest on that day. For Christians, every day is the sabbath day; one long day continuing from the end of the sixth creative day. We have dedicated our lives to Jehovah to do his will, and so we rest from our own works. (Hebrews 3:12 through 4:11)

Jehovah's Witnesses consider themselves christians, and as such, they accept the "Law of the Christ." (Galatians 6:2) The keeping of a weekly Sabbath was part of the Mosaic Law taht the Jews were under. The Law served as a "tutor leading to the Christ." (Galatians 3:24) Romans 10:4 states that "Christ is the end of the Law." Thererfore, Jehovah's Witnesses do not observe a formal sabbath as required by the Mosaic Law since we accept Jesus as our personal saviour and as the "end of the Law."

No we go to a place called a Kingdom Hall. We now meet twice a week. One weekdayand on Sundays. Our meetings are usually on Sunday mornings, unless we share the Kingdom Hall with other congregations that meet, such as with those who speak a foreign language. Then times are rotated each year. Some may begin in the afternoon on Sundays.

no the sabbath begins from Saturday morning. They consider the day beginning when the night comes. They also keep it according to the law of Moses but claim to believe in christ. Goes Completely against The Bible teaching. Hebrews 8:12-20

Jehovah's Witnesses do not observe the weekly Sabbath.

Exodus 31:17 states that the Sabbath law was "Between (Jehovah) and the sons of Israel . . ." The Sabbath was not given to the rest of humankind; but only to the Israelites (as the above scripture clearly states.)

Many good men in the Bible did not observe the Sabbath. Ie: Abel, Enoch, Noah, Abraham, Issac, Jacob, Joseph; even Moses and the Israelites before the law was given to them.

Quote:

"Let them show me that Adam sabbatized, or that Abel, in presenting his holy offering to God, pleased him by Sabbatic observance, or that Enoch who was translated, was an observer of the sabbath, or that Noah, the builder of the Ark, on account of the great deluge, kept the sabbath, or that Abraham amidst sabbath-keeping offered his son Isaac or that Melchisedec in his priesthood received the law of the sabbath. . . . We have nothing to do with the sabbaths, new moons, and feasts in which God at one time took pleasure."-Tertullian (De Idolatria c. 4 sec. 4; c. 14).
