Radon (Rn) has the most protons of any element in Group 0 (18) with 86 protons. However, if or when Ununoctium is officially confirmed, that will become the element with most protons in that family, with 118 protons.
Protons are protons, no matter what element they are in.
Aluminum has 13 protons versus 6 for carbon
Each chemical element has a specific number of protons; the number of protons is equal to atomic number of the element.
Uup, or ununpentium with 115 electrons
what element contains 16 protons? what element contains 10 protons?
Boron has 5 neutrons and 5 protons for its most common isotope
protons
Manganese, the 25th element, has 25 protons.
The elements in group 15 are nitrogen, phosphorous, arsenic, antimony and bismuth. Bismuth has by far the most protons out of the group, with 83.
number of protons in the atoms tells us to what chemical element atoms belongs. in other words :different number of protons means different element. also protons together with neutrons make most of the atoms weight.
The element with the most protons can change at any time so I can't give you a per fect answer but as I am aware of as of 2/19/2009 the unofficial element with the most electrons is ununoctium (Uuo) and the highest official is Roentgenium (Rg) at 111. P.S. there's this guy named Michael Dayah and he update this periodic table contsantly you should check it out if this gets out dated!!!!
