Well North Carolina is way more preferred by most people. That's from Personal to Business reasons. It is much nicer and more things to do then New Jersey and the rest of the Northern States. Also North Carolina dominates most of the tobacco, corn, potatoes and peanuts in the U.S, but does infect part of the world with their rich tobacco and soil.
