Well... I think in general the Elite and the normal 360 are basically the same machine.. the only real difference comes in the hard drive size- where the xbox360 has a 20GB hard drive in contrast to the Xbox 360 elite which has a 120GB hard drive. Apart from that i find the color and look of the elite console more aethetically appealling. Microsoft just released the Elite to outdo the PS3 in terms of hard drive size. The Xbox 360 Elite console not only has the bigger HDD but also Boasts the new IBM microprocessing unit code named 'Falcon', which is produced on a 65nanometer production line giving much better performance. It also has an HDMI output which will enable you to have an even higher definition picture up to (1080p). It also includes the HDMI cable in the box aswell as an Xbox live headset free.

∙ 13y agoNo. The newest Xbox 360 otherwise known as the 'Slim' has a 250GB Hard-Drive. The 'Elite' however only has a 120GB Hard-Drive. The 'Slim' also is quieter and doesn't break down as much.

∙ 13y agoit depends. i would go with the elite because it has been proven to be a trusted technology. but the slim has wifi. i would go with the elite even still because many people are happy with it
