rice is way better for you so i would choose rice over noodles
Another answer:They're both mostly starch (carbs), so there's not much difference, there. They're usually both enriched, so vitamins are similar and neither one is a major source of vitamins, anyway. You can get some fiber if you choose brown rice, or noodles made with whole-grain flour, so that comes out about even, unless you make an unfair comparison. Noodles are much higher in protein, if they're made with whole eggs, but then they're higher in cholesterol. Bottom line is, neither one is "way better" than the other. The most important thing is to keep the portion size under control, because its very easy to eat a lot of carbs with either one.Egg noodles are made of flour and rice noodles are made from rice.
Rice is better for a baby if u give him/her noodles they will choke if u give them rice it is easier for them to eat and swallow.
rice
Rice noodles are very similar in taste, appearance and texture as cellophane (bean) noodles. BUT cellophane noodles have almost 3 times the carbohydrates, more than twice the calories, and less protein. So for the health conscious, I would stick to rice noodles unless you are lifting some serious weights, or running marathons.
No. Rice noodles are made of rice while thin spaghetti noodles are made of flour. Different taste and texture. Rice noodles are very white, spaghetti is not. Hope this helps!
