From what I have heard and experienced the easiest office to my knowledge is the DMV office located in Redlands. All they have you do is drive around the corner. (really!) The traffic is also light as well and there is lots of fields in the area too. However, don't take it for granted you still have to pass all aspects of the test, only difference with Redlands is you don't have to go here, there, and all around during your test.

It's pretty easy in Twentynine Palms also. No parallel parking involved, and light traffic.
