The island of Manhattan does not have a Main Street. However, the borough of Manhattan does. The borough of Manhattan consists of not just the island of Manhattan, but also some of the little islands that exist in the waterways that surround the city.

Roosevelt Island is one of these little islands that is officially part of the borough of Manhattan. And Roosevelt Island has a Main Street.
