No one, not really. Lockhart lost his memory, Voldemort/Tom Riddle disappeared but didn't die, and Mrs. Norris was revived with the Mandrake potion. Ginny was saved. If we had to say exactly who died I'd say that roosters were killed by Ginny and the basilisk was killed by Harry, but that's it I think.
