Which one is better 3D TV with shutter glasses or cinema 3d glasses?

As with all televisions, the "best" is a matter of opinion. Before buying a 3D television, audition as many models as you can. Make sure the glasses are comfortable and make sure the image is clear, realistic and easy to watch.
When you have seen a few models, you will be in a good position to arrive at a decision based on real experience rather than opinions of others.

I heard that a few of electronics companies have released them this year and LG is one of them.

I just bought a LG cinema 3D TV 55". It's a little cheaper compared to Samsung, Sony or Panasonic. I think Visio 3D TVs are the cheapest. LG is a passive type TV and glasses are not expensive. Active shutter glasses are more expensive. Ultimately, you will need to experience each model and decide for yourself which one is the easiest and most enjoyable to watch.
