Non-impact printers are any printer in which the printing heads or ink transfer decices do not come in direct contact with the paper. Dot-Matrix printers are an example of an impact printer while LaserJet is an example of a non-impact printer.
Sorry but Deepika Garg did not answer the question that was asked.
Impact printers are those that actually make contact with the page in some sort of forceful manner. These are most notably the two older technologies known as dot matrix (most commonly referred to as impact) and daisywheel printers.
To explain how they work, daisywheel printers have a wheel of characters that are in a particular order and when the printer needs a certain character, it spins the wheel and then kicks it forward to press ink from the printer ribbon onto the page. This type of printer was quite often preferred in schools (especially high schools) in the past because it was much easier to read than the early dot matrix printers. The problem with these is that they were very slow, typically printing around 20-25 characters per second. This is a little slower than the scrolling ticker tape on the bottom of the various 24-hour news stations.
With dot matrix printers, they typically had either 9 pins or 24 pins in a vertical column that formed each part of the letter. As each letter was printed, certain heads would fire and press the ribbon against the paper to make the appropriate printout. This would continue for every column of each letter. (For example, the letter A may have been formed by as many as twelve columns of dots in various positions, thus giving this technology its name.) Since the printhead could print any character, it made them much faster but also much noisier. The average draft speed of a dot matrix back in the day was about 120 characters per second.
Modern printers do not qualify as impact printers as they either spray the ink directly onto the page (in the case of inkjet) or let static electric charges attract the image to the paper (in the case of laser). There is no impact or other force behind either that causes the printout to transfer to the page.
Ink-jet is the best one or you can also discuss with the online printing companies:

Inkjet, laser and thermal are three examples of non-impact printers.
Yes, they are.

I don't understand the question. "With a speed"? Inkjet printers spray ink onto paper. If you mean "with high speed", inkjets are notoriously slow, perhaps you're think of the new memjet technology. Search youtube for "memjet" and prepare to be impressed!
Impact printers use a 'daisy wheel' or a 'golf ball' to physically press letters through an ink ribbon onto the paper - think along the lines of an old typewriter. Non-impact printers 'squirt' microscopic drops of liquid ink directly onto the paper.
The output devices used include computer displays, impact and nonimpact printers, and electronic communication devices for EDI and e-commerce.

Inkjet printers are predated by laser printers and laser printers as well as inkjet printers have several different types of printers to choose from.
Dot-matrix printers and Line printers.
