The answer is there are peaceful elements in all religions. Wars have been fought by and in the name of all religions however a lot of great things have been done and accomplished by adherent of all the major faiths.

In my opinion as a Christian (I can't speak for others!!!), Christianity is the most peaceful of all religions. It is peaceful because God is the only God and we believe in Him. It gives peace to our relationship with others, to our family, to our soul, to our heart and our everything. In Christianity, Jesus brings peace and happiness.
