I do sauna first, then swim for an hour, then sauna again after excercising.
Sauna is such a small room, that you can't do much excercising in there. Just sit down and relax.
Up to you. Personally I go to sauna both before and after I go swimming, but mostly just to cleanse my skin.
You shouldn't exercise heavily before using a sauna.
should you do sauna before execise
Yes, as long as you keep yourself hydrated. If you feel uncomfortable, nausea or feel like blacking out, get out of sauna and drink water and eat something.
Yes you can. After taking a sauna or steam bath, you should cool your body down. Some like the feeling of a cold bath. It is great exercise for your skin and circulatory system. However, if you have high blood pressure, heart problems or diabetes, you should talk about this with your doctor first.
i don't know. :) first person 2 respond! :) :) :) I'm #1!
You should rather just go to a real sauna instead.
A dry sauna does not need a exhaust fan
There is no age limit. I was a baby when I was first time in sauna, so I would guess when the baby is old enough to be on the sandbox on the playground and as long as the heat in the sauna is not really high and someone is supervising the small child, it's okay. The time spent should be very limited as the stress put on the child's circulatory system is high.
You should search from the same place that sells sauna doors
In Finland
The maximum temperature of an infrared sauna really does depend on which model a person owns. For example, the FAR infrared sauna typically gets as high as 110 degrees Fahrenheit. And for other versions, the sauna is best set from 120 to 130 degrees with a maximum of 140 degrees.
Whenever electrical or plumbing is involved you should get a contractor. Since a home sauna has both the answer is clear. Safety first! - you don't want to electricute or drown yourself.
