Badminton against an 8 year old. Table Tennis against a geriatric. Touch Football against a team of obese eighth graders. On the other side of the coin almost anything that pushes endurance and not in just a small amount. Consider cross country running or skiing. Try yourself out on a competitive marathon or the 10,000 meter run, the modern pentathlon or a 100 mile bicycle race. After you have tested yourself (Against the clock or a worthy competitor.) in that manner, anything that lasts less than a couple of hours will seem like a pushover.
