Laws change all the time and the requirements especially. Call the National Abortion Federation at 1-800-772-9100 ti find out the latest on which states that is. I know California is one but not sure there are any others. Many are very strict with this and sometimes the different clinics have their own requirements. You can also check out their website, prochoice.org. It's a bit hard to navigate around but the requirements are there state by state.
