There are no "magic" alertness pills. The best way to help with concentration is to get enough sleep! Modern people are chronically fatigued. That said, caffeine is the best and safest stimulant, and has been proven to improve concentration. The best way is not the American habit of the huge espresso drink, but the British habit of sipping smaller cups of tea all morning.
What a great question! One most of us seek for years and honestly sometimes never find the right fit. For instance for years I've tried various forms of vitamin B.
