Absolutely. It will not harm your child.

As a matter of fact, it has been scientifically proven to have no effect at all, either good or bad - for anyone. The FDA lists Echinacea as a "Dietary Supplement" and does not regulate. One of the many problems with the Supplement industry, is a lack of regulation. While the actual herb may/may not be detrimental to your developing fetus is unknown, however, there is no Federal regulation stating what is actually IN the capsules/tablets you're taking. In other words, there's no guarantee as to what you're swallowing.... Good luck.
