There is no single, physical King whose name contained only one letter in the Bible.
One who rules.
In the King James version no one verse contains each of j, k, q, x and z. Some verses have all-but-one, but none have every letter.
There is no one with that name or spelling in the Bible.
There are two Abigail's mentioned in the Bible: The first is one of King David's wives. The second one is one of King David's sisters. There is no mention of the death of either.

One of the King James translated the KJV Hebrew and Greek BIBLE to English so Americans can understand it. I'm not sure which King James did so.
