∙ 10y agoTurkmenistan is declared permenantly neutral.The country has proposed projects of gas exports to China , Pakistan , India. The country is supported by US. The country still depends on Russia for its gas exports but wants to venture in to other trade routes like the TAPI pipeline. There were disputes between Turkmenistan and Uzebekistan before but now the disputes are all settled. As far as i know the government of Turkmenistan discimintes over the Russians who settled in the country during the existance of the Soviet Union.
