I believe you meant to ask the question, how are people affected by poverty. But, just in case, I'll answer the question the way it is written. Poverty is affected by people because the more people that are in poverty, the larger the area poverty covers will be. As people continue to lose jobs, they will quit putting money back into society. If 20 citizens of one city lose their jobs, that's 20 people that are not going to shop as frequently in their towns. This will affect the businiess in "People 20's" community, possibly causing some business's to close.
mostly people who live in poorer areas any place worldwide, especially third world countries

The nation's economic crisis has deeply affected the lives of millions of Americans. Skyrocketing foreclosures and job layoffs have pulled the rug out from under many families, particularly those living in low-income communities. Deepening poverty is inextricably linked with rising levels of homelessness and food insecurity/hunger for many Americans and children are particularly affected by these conditions.
it is a concern because the whole economy runs on money. If you don't have that your screwed. Because these dumb immigrants come over and can't language and suck at life therefore they do nothing but rap our benefits and we end up paying for it.
i believe so because if you are living in poverty, by receiving an education growing up you realize that whatever state that i was in whiles as a child when i grow up by receiving an education i can make life better for me and my family
this means freedom from poverty

There is no single policy that will alleviate poverty. History has shown that things like decent paying jobs, education availability, social programs, and community organizations have the best record for addressing poverty. It's not possible to eliminate all poverty because the causes and people affected are constantly changing.
they both will work together to fight poverty by paying welfare receptants and representing a strong economy.
I always consider poverty as a problem. If poverty is understood to mean not being able to afford (or access) the basic necessities of living, it's obviously a problem for those directly affected by it.Indirectly, it can also cause problems for others who are affected by the sometimes desperate behavior of those directly affected by poverty, since such desperation can (sometimes) lead to antisocial behavior, criminal acts, and a general disregard for the rights of others. The existence of poverty in a society negatively affects practically everyone in some way, to some degree. Historically, the rich minority has attempted to isolate itself from the desperate acts of the poor through paid force, whether that be physical, legal, economical, religious, ideological, media control, propaganda, or indoctrination.
