Answer 1

The ally of Palestine is Iran and the enemy of Palestine is Israel with United States and Egypt.

Answer 2

In contrast to the Expert Answer, it's not really Egypt that is an enemy of Palestine, it's their president. Most of you know that the Egyptian president makes up rules without asking his people. Most Egyptians are angry at his decisions but they can't help or be against it. So, I wouldn't really call Egypt an enemy of Palestine, yet Israel is of course.

It depends what you want out of your allies and enemies.

Military Allies
If you are speaking about strictly military alliances, then the generally perceived view is correct; Iran is Palestine's strongest ally while Israel and the United States with Egypt's assistance are its greatest adversaries. Iran is directly funding the militant wings of Hamas while Israel is directly attacking Palestinian militant groups.

Benefit of the Palestinian People
If you are speaking about the Palestinian people, the situation completely flips. Israel has assisted the Palestinians in building infrastructure and tax collection. Additionally, most Palestinians receive medical treatment in Israeli hospitals when they are injured (even if they are injured in the course of Israeli-Palestinian Conflicts). The United States is the largest single contributor to UNRWA (the UN organization that looks out for Palestinian refugees) and out-contributes all of the Arab countries combined. Egypt has notably used its position as an Arab State and a nation at peace with Israel to negotiate ceasefires between Israel and Palestinian Militant Groups, saving Palestinian lives. Iran, however, is radicalizing the Palestinian populace, making long-term peace less and less likely and providing the weapons that give organizations like Hamas the feeling that they should strike. Both of these acts perpetuate the cycle of violence and are in the worst interests of the actual Palestinians (which are to have an independent state).

Note on Countries
Note that the countries "Egypt", "Iran", "Israel", and "United States" refer to the governmental policy of those countries, not necessarily the population. Since Egypt and Iran are dictatorships, the foreign policy of these countries are not terribly reflective of what the people in these countries want.
