An orchestra is an ensemble of intruments, not a piece. The piano therefore can not play instruments, it plays pieces that an orchestra migh play. The piano, however, does not play and orchestral piece; it plays and arrangement of the piece. Some famous orchestral pieces that have been arrange for piano are "O Fortuna" from Carmina Burana by Carl Orff and "Requiem for a Dream".
