There are quite a few characters in the Destructors but i think the main ones include:

Blackie-who was the leader of the Wormsley Common Gang but afterwards his ideas didn't seem to be as good as the one from T. therefor he was no longer the leader.

Trevor (T.)- He is the one who came up with the idea of destroying Old misery's house inside out. He became the leader of Wormsley Common Gang after Blackie.

Old Misery- The house that was destroyed belonged to this man. He was pretty old already at the time of the destruction of his house.

these are the main characters in this short story

What are the differences between the film and the novella The Third Man by Graham Greene?

In Graham Greene's novel, 'The Third Man,' there were several changes between it and the film. First of all, the main character's name was changed from Rollo Martins to Holly Martins, because actor, Joseph Cotton thought 'Rollo' made him sound like a homosexual. The Frankfurt preamble was eliminated in the movie to economize on time. In the novel, Rollo was not discovered to be a fraud at the Frankfurt lecture, but in the movie he was quickly recognized as being an imposter. In the novel, the characters are English, in the film, they are American. In the book, Anna Schmidt is kidnapped by Russian military police, in the film this is omitted.

Why is blackie the antagonist in the destructors?

Blackie is perceived as the antagonist in "The Destructors" because he represents the old order of the Wormsley Common Gang and initially opposes T.'s plans to destroy Old Misery's house. Blackie's eventual surrender of leadership to T. and the gang's destruction of the house highlight his role as the traditional figure who is ultimately defeated by the new and more radical ideology embodied by T.
