"Mr Darcy was considered as a very proud character, while Elizabeth was very much blinded by her prejudice. So Mr Darcy is associated with pride and Elizabeth is associated with Prejudice."

This is only true at the beginning of the book. In the end, Elizabeth realizes the mistakes of her former judgments and Darcy explains why he comes off as too prideful.
