Unemployment insurance is a program that provides workers who lost their jobs with a weekly income during times of unemployment. The program is run and funded by both state and federal taxes paid by employers. The purpose is to financially assist those individuals that are unemployed until they can regain employment.
Well, its not something you would create. It is which you would lay off your employees because of financial issues or economic reasons. Or it could be the act of being fired because you have not reached the job requirements in a certain way your boss's standards come.
