Best Answer

They believed in power and taking more than people would give.

NAZI stands for a national socialistic system of government. It followed hot on the heels of WW1 which they lost under kaiser Wilhelm. Massive poverty was forces onto the Germans after WW1 as a result of a combination of war reparations payments and the great depression. The Germans them selves were swept along by the rhetoric of Hitler Promising a better life for the German citizen. The same reasoning is being used today by the USA in putting its SOCIALIST interest before all else.
