Many Jedi survived Order 66 and went into hiding, the most notably being Obi-Wan Kenobi and Yoda. There were 49 Jedi who escaped the initial purge, only to be hunted down by Vader prior to the Battle of Yavin. Another 63 Jedi* also survived beyond the Battle of Yavin and in some cases well into the New Republic.
*also Including padawans, adepts, and Jedi who fell to the dark side and served the Empire.

Obi Wan Kenobi was another, and he fled to Tattoine with baby luke to hide him from the sith. i believe those two are the only ones who survived order 66. fellow Star Wars fans out there, correct me if i am wrong! =)
