There isn't a specific method to measuring vagina size, and the difficulty in getting an accurate measurement of an organ that naturally varies in size will make any reading an estimate only.

If we were to use the world's heaviest newborn (born vaginally) as an indicator, the Guinness Book of World Records says the heaviest baby ever was born to Anna Bates of Canada in 1879. At 23.12 pounds (10.8kg), this would make Anna Bates' vagina considerably larger than most. Anna Bates had gigantism, which made her especially tall. Unfortunately, the baby only survived 11 hours.

The vagina of the Argentine Blue-Bill (also know as the Lake Duck). It has a vagina the length of it's body. The male Lake Duck has a penis the size of it's body. It is coiled, but the female vagina is coiled in the opposite direction, so the sex is dependent on the female.

Naturally the largest is unknown. We can only use known medical information. This requires looking up the largest vaginal deliveries that are confirmed. In another question answered on Answers.com one reply listed three large deliveries stating, "The largest baby born in the State of Illinois according to an old version of the Guinness Book of Records was the heaviest baby ever born vaginally and weighed 29 lbs 4 oz. (29.25 lbs). The birth occurred in the city of Effingham, in Central Illinois in 1939. Due to respiratory problems the baby died two hours later after an otherwise uneventful vaginal delivery.

Precedence for largest size vaginal birth in newer versions of the Guinness Book of records later went to other babies and they started citing one that weighed almost 25 pounds at birth and had a head 19 inches in circumference with a shoulder breadth of 12 inches. born to a Giantess named Anna Swan Bates. Her husband was also a Giant.

A baby born by vaginal delivery in Sale City, Georgia, was also 25 pounds and was born to a woman of ordinary height. However she had a hip circumference of 50 inches and was not described as obese. The Baby survived after weighing 25 pounds at birth. The baby had a head circumference of 19 inches and a shoulder breadth of 12 inches just like the Bates Newborn did. The doctor thought the shoulders compressed to only a breadth of 2/3 during the delivery."

Of course the 19 inch heads would like hat size be the circumference divided by pi to get the average distance across. As to the somewhat larger bone opening front to back, that stretch would be the largest shoulder width as the shoulders squeeze through that bone opening front to back. As seen above the 12 inch shoulders would squeeze down to 2/3 and then be only 8 inches across.

Your answer is the know largest by medical records is then about a stretch of 8 inches.

Unless such a woman practiced stretching, this 8 inch size stretch is only applicable to childbirth sizes.
