Detach the shower heads first and, if it's possible, remove the cover off the shower heads. Scrub the corrosion off the shower heads by using a scrubbing pad. Use oil or lubricant if there are corrosion that are hard to remove. After removing the corrosion, soak the shower heads in a bowl of white vinegar. Let it soak for a few minutes and scrub the shower heads again using small brush or unused toothbrush. After that, let it soak again for a few minutes and rinse it properly.
Windex glass cleaner will clean all types of dirt and and residue from your glass shower door. You can find Windex in Walmart, Target, online and many other stores. Hope that helps!
If your tub/shower are fiberglass, I find that Easy-Off Oven cleaner [no odor, blue cap] works well for the walls and floor. Removes the soap scum, lime etc with little or no elbow grease required. As for the shower curtain, I just put mine in the washer if not too bad.
Yes, scrubbing bubbles shower automatic shower cleaner will clean frosted glass.

The installer of our Swanstone shower walls and pan said to use the product Scrubbing Bubbles on both and to put it on dry, if possible. She said that using more abrasive products will destroy the sheen eventually.
There are many different cleaners that work on glass shower enclosures. One of the best is Windex, which has been around for many years. Scrubbing Bubbles will also work in this case.
They are called Daily Shower Cleaners. Spray and walk away. They really do work! You can spray on shower doors or the entire shower. There are many brand names. Tilex works good for me. Your shower will stay clean after 2 weeks. No scrubbing! Last person out of the shower sprays and walks away.

Hot because the hot will burn the germs off of your body
I hate Kaboom, I found the same thing you did about the white residue. What worked for me, and it's a bit of work, is to take good old baking soda (LOVE that!), pour some on a wet sponge--make sure you have enough soda to make it sort of thick--and start scrubbing. Rinse, rinse, rinse afterward, and it should remove all the Kaboom. After all that's done, what I do is use Lysol Scrubbing Bubbles foam, spray it on the shower wall, let it do its thing, following directions, and it works beautifully. When you get to my age, you find baking soda is the very best cleaning solution there ever was, and today's concoctions often make more work than they're worth.
Bubble wrap was invented by Alfred Fielding and Marc Chavannes in 1957. They sealed bubbles of air between two shower curtains to create a protective surface. Bubble wrap was originally meant to be used as wallpaper!
