First of all you need to define computer? Im talking about a home computer such as a Mac, Dell, etc. Yes I've heard of Babbage from the Uk, I heard of Zuse the German engineer or ancient eygptians inventing a computer. Well I know the word computer can be confusing, a calculator is a computer, so actually none of those inventors come close to a modern home computer. Such computer was invented by two Americans Berry and Anastoff, and soon after starting in the 50s the internet was created for our military. So many things are called a computer but the most important one is the ones you see now in your home such as the mac, Steve Jobs the creator of apple is well known for many improvements. Please people give credit to the true inventors of modern computers you see in your homes, not ancient non working computers. Also, San Fransico, California, is known as the modern technology of the world.
