Castaldi was working with moveable type as early as 1426, and it is widely accepted that Guttenberg introduced his revolutionary press around 1440. That said, some evidence suggests (and others support) that Guttenberg actually introduced his press earlier in the 1430's - although an exact date of 1430 itself is not necessarily named.

If by "invented" you mean conceived and began working on, then Guttenberg could be your man. Beyond that, there is little to no evidence to point out one particular man introducing a newly "invented" printing press in 1430 exactly.
