Who is Jr or sr? |
[Improve]
When there are two people of the same name, adding "Jr.", for "Junior", after the name identifies the younger of the two. Adding "Sr," for "Senior," after the name identifies the older of the two.
So, if John Jones has a nephew named John Jones, the older may be titled, Senior and the younger, Junior.
This is most commonly used when a father and son have the same name.
