While we do not know Mr. Evans personally, and he may be a delightful person, what he is offering seems to be another of the many similar scams you can find online-- they all say something like "you can make amazing amounts of money by following my wonderful methods" or they claim you will earn huge sums of cash with a minimum of work. In reality, as P.T. Barnum warned, if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. This one seems like just another multi-level marketing or pyramid scheme. There are no magical ways to make millions online, and anyone who claims they can do that is probably trying to trick you or give you false hope.
