Yaga, known by various other names, is a haggish or witchlike character in Slavic folklore. She lives in a hut that moves with chicken feet and is surrounded by a palisade with skulls mounting the posts. In stories, she is either the antagonist, or a source of guidance. Seeking her guidance is considered dangerous, though.
Yaga ages one year for every question she answers and is served by invisible servants inside her hut. She is also connected to three riders: a red one, the Sun, a white one, the Day, and a black one, the Night.
