Who is at fault when the one drive is coming out of a driveway and looked left then looked right but did not look left again and another car came from the left and hit them in a 35MPH zone doing 75MPH?

Answer

Its either both or the one doing 75mph on a 35mph zone. It is dependent on which road the car is hoping to turn into. And which way the drive way is? Which country are we talking about? However regardless of that, the one doing 75mph is definitely at fault, with out a doubt. x
