Many for example will have something like unable to walk 200 feet without resting or using a mobility aid (crutch, walker, cane, wheelchair, etc.) Some may also have a safety condition, where if it's unsafe to walk across a parking lot due to eye sight conditions, mental conditions or slip/falling concerns.
It's not about a specific disability or condition. It's about the function of being able to get from your car to an entrance. Nor more, No less. It's not about being able to walk around in a Walmart or Costco and still have energy to make it back to your car. It's only about getting to/from the entrance to your car. The size of or time spent in the store has nothing to do with it.
