I received an "opt out" letter regarding sharing of non-public personal information or opting out of credit information that is shared with affiliates.

They wanted me to give them the credit card account number, N,A,Tel#.

I don't think so! I have never heard of HSBC Bank Nevada.

I too, received this letter. I called and gave my partial SS# before deciding against it, and hung up. Is this a fraud/scam?
