Supergirl is called Kara who is Clark's cousin from Krypton. She has the same powers as him plus she's capable of flight. Her Dad is Zor-El who is Jor-El's brother. Jor-El is Clark's biological/Kryptonian Dad, Zor-El and Jor-El didn't get along plus in "Smallville," Zor-El had a love interest in Lara, Clark's Kryptonian Mom. Back on Krypton Zor-El tried killing Jor-El which only made things worse between the two.
