They sent men to find gold in Virginia. Then, some died because of starvation. John Rolfe showed that Tobacco can be grown succesfully. Soon it was Virginia's first cash crop. After he did that , the king said that smoking is harmful. But, he ignored. Then, he married Pocahontas.
