Who is neils armstrong?

I assume you mean Neil Alden Armstrong? If so, he was born August 5, 1930 and he is an American aviator and a former astronaut, test pilot, university professor, and United States Naval Aviator. He is most famous for being the first known human to set foot on the Moon.
