Joyce Kilmer wrote the poem called Trees that begins 'I think that I shall never see A poem lovely as a tree.' THat may be the one you mean, though no doubt many other people have written a poem with that title.

There is no copyright on titles, and several people - maybe many people - have written a poem with that title. Perhaps if you can quote the first line of the one you have in mind, or a line from it, somebody will be able to answer your question.

The poet Joyce Kilmer (a man) wrote the poem "Trees" in 1913. Sadly, he was killed while serving in World War I in 1918.

It begins

I think that I shall never see

A poem lovely as a tree
