I assume you mean "discovered" Singapore, although you might also mean "founded" it (as in, became its founder or first leader). As with much history from hundreds of years ago, we do not have accurate records. There are some legends about how Singapore was founded, but there is no way to know if these stories are accurate. One popular legend claims the country's name means "lion city" in the Malay language because, according to the story, a prince from what is today known as Indonesia, came there in 1324 and saw a beast he believed to be a lion (the island had tigers, but no lions). But whether there ever were lions on the island, or whether the prince's account was true, the word "Singapura" survived as the island's name, and eventually evolved into "Singapore."
What we do know is that the region where Singapore is located, the Malay Archipelago, was explored by adventurers and merchants from China, Java, India, and Arabia, probably as far back as the tenth or eleventh century. There are some records of the travelers who settled there in the 1300s and 1400s. And the modern country of Singapore was colonized by the British in the 1800s. But we do not know which person or persons settled in Singapore first.
