M.A.Padmanabha Rao,PhD(AIIMS) is the first scientist in reporting the discovery of Bharat Radiation in 12.87 to 31 nm range in solar spectrum in 2013.
M.A.Padmanabha Rao,PhD(AIIMS) reported X-rays and Bharat Radiation in 12.87 to 31 nm range travel faster than light in the following paper published in 2013:Discovery of superluminal velocities of X-rays and Bharat Radiation challenging the validity of Einstein's formula E= mc^2

M.A.Padmanabha Rao's DISCOVERY 3: On bombarding a metal such as copper with gamma rays, copper X-rays are emitted. Along with Cu X-rays two more emissions successively follow: Bharat Radiation and UV dominant optical emission. UV dominant optical emission was experimentally detected for the first time from Cu, Ag, and Mo metals when present as XRF (X-ray fluoresecent) sources of AMC2084,U.K. unprecedented at room temperature.
The first to receive Bharat Ratna was a politician by the name of C. Rajagopalachari, a Philosopher named Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan and scientist C.V. Raman. Bharat Ratna is an awarded given to those who are honored for exceptional service despite position, race, occupation, etc.
M.A.Padmanabha Rao's Discovery 6: NEW ATOMIC PHENOMENON (PADMANABHA RAO EFFECT)The previously unknown atomic phenomenon reportedly taking place in radioisotopes and XRF sources explains how gamma, beta or X-ray emission successively generates Bharat radiation (first generation), which in turn the UV dominant optical emission (second generation) within the same excited atom. This phenomenon is known as Padmanabha Rao Effect. The phenomenon takes place in two stages.(1) Ionizing radiation energy, particularly gamma, beta or X-ray energy at keV or MeV level loses energy just at eV level while passing through a core-Coulomb field. The loss of energy is reproduced as electromagnetic radiation (Bharat radiation) with the same energy at eV level but higher than that of UV or EUV that the source emits.(2) In turn, the Bharat energy generates UV dominant atomic spectrum on valence excitation.Padmanabha Rao Effect taking place in radioisotopes and XRF sources is reported to be causing Sunlight from Sun.
Mr. Rajagopalachari, former Chief Minister of Madras, Dr. Radhakrishnan, Vice-President and Dr. C.V. Raman, eminent scientist, are the first recipients of the Bharat Ratna in India!
