Henry VIII and Jane Seymour's son, Edward, was Henry's only legitimate son. Edward became King Edward VI in 1547 at the age of 9. He died in 1553 at the age of 15. Probably from tuberculosis. There is no evidence, at least that I am aware of, that he died anything other than a natural death. Henry had at least one illegitimate son, Henry Fitzroy, later Duke of Richmond. He was, if I remember correctly, the son of Henry and Bessie Blount. Fitzroy died in 1536 and it was suspected that he died by poison - perhaps Anne Boleyn and her brother George, Lord Rochford had something to do with it, and perhaps they didn't.

Henry VII (1457 - 1509) the first Tudor king, was not killed. He died of ill health. He came to the throne after being victorious over Richard III at the Battle of Bosworth. He was succeeded by his second son, Henry VIII, as his first son, Arthur, died in his youth.

Henry the Seventh wasn't executed. He died of.. prolly of old age or if you're a more romantic soul: of broken heart (losing wife and kid). Had a tough life, lotsa stress.

Had to steal the throne from the rightful line... all that stress can get to ya. --- Was a bit puzzled bout why one would ask bout him bein executed and remembered good old Henry (or actually Heinrich) VII of the Holy Roman Empire.. but he was not very british to start with and died of malaria.. but there were rumors about poison floating. So that doesn't fit either.. Executing their kings wasn't a real common passtime for the brits..
