Who knows how you can join the class action suit against Michael Quillen aka MIchael Wildes in Scottsdale AZ Does anyone know anything further or who to contact?

I don't know about this particular issue but he did do my wedding Photography over a year ago. I had my worries in the planning stages, he asked for half up front and I paid him the other half the day of the wedding. However after I gave him the first half he was very difficult to get in touch with up until a week before the wedding when I had threatened in an e-mail to call the BBB. He showed up for the wedding (thank God) and took decent pictures (Not super professional by any means but he fit my budget so I was happy) Gave us all 600 images on CD within 48 hours of the wedding.

During the time I had trouble getting in touch with him I had my worries, he ran his photography out of his apartment in Scottsdale which should have been red flag #1 and then him asking for half upfront should have been #2 but I was on a tight budget and he fit the bill, I was deffinitely taking a risk... I am just thankful things worked out for me, I am sorry to hear about what you have gone through with him, sounds like he is a regular scammer, glad I didn't get ripped off...

I would say call the BBB but this was a rental situation you may not be able to do anything, did you do a rental contract and have a copy of it still? Maybe you can take it to a lawer to see if it is worth the paper it is written on, some rental scammers do not have adequate contracts that give the tenant any rights... Good luck.
